Abstract

This Resolution, consisting of 8 articles, creates the organ aiming to analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of land availability policy located in the Special Touristic Zones (ZTE). In particular, it aims at assessing and monitoring the implementation of environmental projects, and present possible proposals of solution or alternatives to making investments in this area, as well as identifying any situations related to tourism sector, such as: projects, abandoned or inactive hotel/tourism infrastructure to propose solutions that are best suited for the development of tourism in Cabo Verde.
