Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 6 articles and 2 Graphics. Article 1 defines dairy production operations. General pollutants produced by the production operations include liquid industrial waste, solid waste, air pollutants and noise pollution (art. 2). General environmental requirements for cheese, yoghurt, butter and dairy products are: water management, liquid industrial waste disposal management, solid waste disposal management, noise pollution management, etc. (art. 3). The Ministry of Environment will define the final environmental requirements (art. 4).
