Abstract

This Resolution approves the Targeted State Program to Mitigate Damage from Infection (COVID-19) caused by Novel Coronavirus SARS-COV-2. The program sets out the rules for providing state aid in order to compensate for the damage caused by an epidemic / pandemic caused by the novel coronavirus, the persons eligible for the compensation and the amount of the compensation. The Resolution consists of three articles: General provisions (1); The right to receive compensation and its amount (2); and Administration of the payment of the compensation (3). The program primarily applies to persons on parental leave, socially vulnerable families (the low income families who are eligible for social assistance) and persons with disabilities.
