It consists of three chapters: General provisions (I); Category of persons eligible for a social packet, its amount, source of financing and restrictions (II); Granting, issuing, suspending, revoking, renewing and calculating a social packet (III). A social packet is monthly cash assistance chiefly aimed for persons with disabilities, dependents who lost their supporters in wars, state compensation recipients, and persons recognized as victims of the Soviet political repressions.
