This Resolution enters into force within 15 days from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 7 articles. Articles 1 and 2 define the closing time for restaurants, shops, night clubs, coffeehouses, entertainment places and discotheques located in or outside of residential centres. Article 3 imposes on exploiters, beneficiaries and managers of tourist agencies, organizations and firms to guarantee suitable parking for cars and to regulate the work of parking valets. Article 4 places the responsibility on exploiters, beneficiaries and managers of tourist agencies, organizations and firms to install noise and volume insulators. Article 5 contains offences and penalties.
