Abstract

This Resolution approves the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol on the Protection of the Ozone Layer, which establishes a commitment to reduce the consumption and production of hydrofluorocarbons for all countries to ensure the well-being of all human beings, raising environmental awareness, by making society in general and individuals in particular responsible for the proper use of natural resources and thereby ensuring their perpetuation.
