Abstract

This Resolution approves the rules for determining frontiers of plots of land that are part of common property of condominium members. It consists of 10 articles: Purpose and scope of application (1); Definitions (2); Determining land plot boundaries (3); Multiple variants for determining the boundaries of a plot of land through the height of a building (4); Calculation of building height (5); Use plots of land determined under the project for determining the land boundaries (6); Composition of the project for determining the land boundaries (7); Working on and approving a project for determining the land boundaries for multi-apartment residential buildings (8); Public access to information (9); and Registration of land boundaries (10). The purpose of the Resolution is to lay down the principles for the determination of plot of land boundaries for a proper functioning of multi-apartment residential buildings and management of real estate.
