Abstract

This Resolution approves the rules for developing spatial and city plans. It consists of five chapters: General provisions (I); Hierarchy of spatial planning and city development plans, initiation, financing of drafting, and transferring the right to draft to a private party (II); Preparatory research, developing the concepts of spatial development and city development plans (III); Content of spatial plans and city development plans (IV); and Reviewing, approving and making amendments to spatial plans and city development plans (V).
