This Resolution enters into force on 19 April 2003.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 17 articles. Terms and definitions are given in article 1. The General Authority for Marine Affairs has the full power to investigate on marine accidents, marine pollution fighting, and to take legal action or ask for compensation (art. 2). The Marine Affairs Authority shall present a report of the honorarium of marine investigation and surveying (art. 8). Offences, penalties, compensation and honorarium are provided for in articles 9-13.
