This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Article 1 deals with treating and fighting multi-family plant diseases and epidemics as well as fighting rodents in the period fixed by the Ministry and by using methods indicated by the Ministry such as pesticides, poison bait, petroleum, lopping, injection, etc. Article 2 deals with Combating diseases and epidemics on different plant families, grasses, irrigation and drainage canals and the like. The Horticulture, Field and Rodents Fighting Bodies in the provinces shall carry out the treatment and fighting operations, finance these operations through the Agricultural Credit and Development Bank as well as calling the costs of the treatment from the farmers according to the treated surfaces (art. 3).
