This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution consisting of 7 articles aims at providing conditions and instruments to producers of milk and derivatives to join the Program of Development of Fodder Cultivation and Cattle Breeding. The Resolution deals with: procedures for presenting the applications; technical and sanitary conditions to be met for joining the Programme. It also states that it is necessary to sign contracts between milk manufacturers and farmers.
