Abstract The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the importation of fertilizers. The present Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 bans the importation of unprocessed natural fertilizers of animal origin. Article 2 subjects the importation of processed natural fertilizers of animal origin to laboratory and sanitary analysis to ascertain that they are free from diseases in particular from Clostridium Enteritis and Bacillus Anthraces (Anthrax). Article 3 subjects the importation of processed and unprocessed natural fertilizers of plant origin to sanitary and laboratory analysis to ascertain that they are free from diseases. Article 4 bans the importation of fertilizers containing agricultural soil.
