Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 12 articles: every diving institute, club and cooperative must respect and protect water resources (art. 1); every institute must be provided with 2 boats, 1 fixed compressor, 2 movable compressors, oxygen, first aid equipment and diving register (art. 2); the licence of the institute must be renewed every 5 years by the Minister of Agriculture (art. 3); general requirements for diving sport practice (art. 4); requirements for diving course attendance (art. 5); cost of training courses for fishermen belonging to cooperatives , given by the authorized institutes, is to be reduced by 20%. Moreover, the members of the cooperatives are obliged to refrain from using poison and explosives (art. 10).
