Abstract

The Order regulates registration and deregistration of agricultural cooperatives. It consists of four articles: General provisions (1); Granting the status of an agricultural cooperative (2); Monitoring of agricultural cooperatives (3); and Revocation of the status of an agricultural cooperative (4). Gaining the status is voluntary and allows the cooperatives to have access to various state benefits and programs under Law of Georgia on Agricultural Cooperatives.
