This Resolution enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution, consisting of 8 articles, creates the National Committee for the Prevention and Eradication of Child Labour (CNPETI). The Resolution establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Committee, entitled to prevent and eradicate child labour in Cape Verde by working under the Governmental Department responsible for the area of children and labour. The National Committee for the Prevention and Eradication of Child Labour (CNPETI) is an advisory body to coordinate the activities of public and private organizations and services in the field of children and labour.
