Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 17 articles. Article 1 entrusts the Competent Authority (Coast Guard Command) to register all ships of whole load capacity less than 150 tons. Articles 3 to 7 deal with procedures for the registration of ships and necessary documents to be provided with applications. Articles 8 to 12 deal with procedures for the issuance of navigation licences and fees. Articles 13 and 14 contain offences and penalties. Article 15 charges the Coast Guard Commander to issue necessary ordinances and instructions for the implementation of this Resolution. Resolution No. 10 of 2004 on service fees coast guard is now abrogated.
