It is composed of 16 articles and 1 Annex. Article 1 gives terms and definitions. Articles 3 and 4 deal with establishment of a committee by a resolution of the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform and define its competencies in particular: to chose forests suitable for the environmental tourism; to define priority sites and forests which necessitate a joint cooperation and collaboration between the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Tourism for the development and management of natural sites; to establish a workshop team with high experiences for the management of environmental tourism sites; and, reporting. Article 5 defines competencies of the Site Management Committees especially: management, monitoring and protection of sites; collection fees and taxes from visitors; study the EAI of sites; and, availability of fire fighting means and first aid. Article 6 subjects environmental tourism sites to provisions provided for in article 8 of Legislative Decree No. 25 of 2007. Articles 7 to 15 contain general provisions in particular: organization of exhibitions into these sites; laying down plans for the management of sites; contacts and woks related to the management of sites; and, definition of fees and taxes.
