This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Article 1 establishes general conditions and requirements necessary for the importation of dried fish used for poultry and fish feed, which are: (a) dried fish must be suitable for poultry and fish feed; (b) dried fish must be free from diseases, poisons, and toxic residues harmful to public health and to animal health as well as free from hormonal substances, and anabolic steroids; (c) the percentage of radioactivity shall comply with the limits establ
