Abstract This Resolution is composed of 2 articles. Article 1 amends article 12 of Resolution No. 100 of 1993 as follows: “the importation licence shall be valid for 6 months from the date of its issuance, after the payment of the licence fees, on the condition that the origin and type of imported consignment is defined in the licence”. All concerned authorities and departments shall implement this Resolution from the date of its issuance. All previous resolutions that do not comply with this Resolution are now abrogated (art. 2).
