Its current version consists of six articles: Purpose (1); Scope of application and general provisions (2); Methods of determining and correcting borders (3); Procedure for determining/correcting borders (4); Standards for determining the borders (7); Final provisions on border determination procedure (8). Notably, the Resolution does not apply to forests under the status of protected areas. According to the Resolution, the borders must be determined under an act of the Georgian Government.
