It consists of six articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Destroying food and feed (3); Food and feed utilization (4); Obligations of business operators (5); and Dispute resolution (6). The rules govern the procedure for destroying non-compliant and/or expired food and feed, and the rights and obligations of the parties involved in this procedure. The Resolution also adopts the form for documenting destruction of food and feed (Annex) which is used by the National Food Agency of Georgia.
