It consists of ten articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Implementation of the program (3); Capital investment (4); Information campaign (5); Terms for participation in the program (6); Submitting an electronic application for participation in the program (7); Obligations of a participant (8); Legal consequences of a participant not complying with the terms of the program (9); and Program monitoring (10). The program aims to support the use of modern technologies in the primary production of honey and other products of apicultural practices. The purpose of the program is to improve material and technical supplies of apicultural farms of agricultural cooperatives, as well as to improve the quality of and increase the quantity of honey and other products of apicultural practices.
