Abstract

This Resolution approves the rules for determining and delimiting non-agricultural land owned by local self-governing entity as well as land attached to state property (including minerals) and public property where state is a shareholder, as well as plots of land which are subject to attachment to the said category of property according to legislation. It consists of eight articles: Definitions (1); Object of regulation (2); Purpose (3); Non-agricultural land owned by the local self-governing bodies (4); Determination of non-agricultural land owned by the local self-governing bodies (5); Delimitation of non-agricultural land owned by the local self-governing bodies (6); Inventorying as property of non-agricultural land owned by the local self-governing bodies of City of Tbilisi (6-1); and Registration of land attached to public property which the state owns or is a common owner (7).
