Article 1 decrees the strictly ban on the importation or processing of feed for fish breeding (carp, tilapia) and the like containing animal proteins or remains of slaughterhouses except fish flour. Article 2 prohibits the use of remains and lefts of slaughterhouses as fish feed. Article 3 decrees the strictly forbidden to throw or dump of waste, remains and lefts resulting from slaughterhouses in river courses and lakes. Article 4 entrusts the territorial authorities and municipalities the implementation of provisions of this Resolution. Article 5 contains offences and penalties. Full text Arabic
