Abstract

This Resolution approves the rules for the certification of alcoholic beverages, agricultural ethyl spirits and agricultural distillate. It consists of ten articles: General provisions (1); Terms (2); Registration of business operators (3); Stages of the certification of alcoholic beverages, agricultural ethyl spirits and agricultural distillate (4); Lot numbers (5); Sampling by a business operator (6); Laboratory testing of a sample (7); Submission of the application for certification (8); Inspection (9); Issuing of a conformity certificate, registration, and cancellation (10).
