This Resolution enters into force on 29 July 2004.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 2 articles. Article 1 provides for the adoption of the attached approved Forms to be used by the New Plants Species Protection Office: (a) Application Form for New Plant Species Protection; (b) Plant Species Protection-Central Administration for Seed Adoption and Examination; (c) Applicant Information; (d) the Breeder’s Right Certificate; and (e) Plants Species Protection Office-Plant Species Register.
