This Resolution enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution approves the Statute of the National Institute of Irrigation (INIR). The Regulation, consisting of 7 Chapters, regulates this water institution and establishes its composition, duties and responsibilities, entitled to carry out research and all activities related to hydro-agricultural domain. The Resolution is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Composing organs (Chap. II); Structure and competencies (Chap. III); Functions (Chap. IV); Administrative and Financial Management (Chap. V); Personnel (Chap. VI); Final provisions (Chap. VII).
