This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 22 articles. Article 2 defines the application range of this Resolution. Article 3 contains general provisions. Article 4 and 5 provide for competencies and duties of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fish Resources and the Environment Federal Department. Article 6 defines competencies and duties entrusted to the Scientific Authority. Articles 7 and 8 deal with the international trade and necessary documents. Articles 9 to 12 provide for measures and conditions for the issuance, revocation and amendments of licences, authorizations and certificates. Registers are dealt with in article 13. Articles 16 to 20 deal with the following matters: fees and royalties; measures and arrangements for the prevention of trade of incompatible samples; entry and exit centres; models, forms and bailiffs.
