It is composed of 2 articles. Article 1 defines the following requirements and conditions for the importation of free birds (hawks): the country of origin shall be free from bird flu; hawks shall be provided with international sanitary certificates; the importation of hawks shall be carried out by air cargo; isolation of hawks in quarantine centres; and obtainment of a previous licence from the General Authority for Environment Affairs.
