Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 8 articles and the Implementing Regulation of this Resolution. The General Department of Irrigation defines the maximum quantity of waters and the area to be irrigated by this quantity (art. 1). Establishment of the quantity of water that will be pumped from every well by a counter installed at expense of holders of licences (art. 2). The General Department of Irrigation shall issue the necessary licences for the installation of a pumps for agricultural purposes (art. 3). Wells that are incompatible with this Resolution shall be filled up (art. 6).
