It consists of four chapters: General provisions (1); Calculating regulated uses (2); Calculating tariffs (3); Correcting tariffs (4); Procedures for setting tariffs and filing an application (5); and Transitional provisions (6). The Resolution also adopts Annex No. 2 Requirements imposed on wear and tear/amortization of regulated assets of enterprises subject to tariff regulation. The purpose of the Resolution is to determine the general principles for calculating potable water supply and sewage tariffs. It provides that the methodology should be guided by the international principle to encourage manufacturers to raise the effectiveness of their activities.
