Abstract

The Resolution regulates exporting fir cones, as well as snowdrop bulbs and/or cyclamen tubers. It consists of 12 articles: Purpose (1); Licencing agency (2); Rules for issuing the licence (3); List of documents to be furnished for issuing a licence (4); Terms and rules for participating in auctions (5); Grounds of denial of a licence (6); Initial bidding price of an auction (7); Effective period of licences (8); Control of compliance with licence terms (8-1); Exporting fir cones (9); Revocation of licence (9-1); and Transitional provisions (10). The Natural Resources Agency of Georgia issues the licences.
