Abstract

This Resolution aims at the establishment of the Permanent Committee for Farms and Wells in order to regulate farmer affairs. It is composed of 9 articles. Article 1 decrees the establishment of the aforementioned Committee. Article 2 specifies the competencies and duties of the Committee. Articles 3 to 7 deal with the management and internal organization of the Committee.
