Abstract This Resolution is composed of 7 articles. Article 1 decrees the absolutely ban on cutting, uprooting of palms or any form which may obstruct or impede its growing. Article 2 invites owners of palms to care and protect it. Article 3 entrusts the Minister of Trade and Agriculture to issue resolutions to: define the suitable and appropriate number of palms to be cultivated in 1 dunum (square measures); lay down an incentive system for farmers to increase the cultivation of palms; and, regulate the importation, exportation and marketing of palms.
