Article 1 demarcates boundaries of the protected area and defines its area of 14866 hectares. Article 2 deals with aims of this Resolution which are: protection of mountain forest ecosystem (soil, plants, and water sources); protection of the artificial afforestation and grasses; and, protection of wildlife. Article 3 prohibits the following activities within the protected area: grazing; cutting and uprooting of trees; farming and plating; digging of wells; waste disposal; construction of buildings, roads and facilities; and, hunting. Article 5 decrees the establishment of a working group for the Protected Area from the following units: Management; Scientific Research; Communication and Development; and, Protection and Inspection.
