Abstract

This Resolution amends Resolution No. 10 of 1999 on environmental standards (air and water) as follows: (a) addition of the terms “Territorial Sea” and “Exclusive Economic Zone” to article 1; (b) amendment of the terms mentioned in clauses I, K and T; (c) replacement of articles 13 and 24 concerning the use of boilers; (d) addition of article 22b to the competencies and duties of the Environment Body; (e) addition of the carbon monoxide to Table I; (f) substitution of Tables III, IV and V with n
