Abstract This Resolution amends articles 1, 2 and 3 of Resolution No. 7 of 1997 prohibiting cultivation of clover as follows: (a) “ban on the cultivation of clover with high consumption of water from the date of entry into force of this Resolution which could be replaced by other crops with a lower consumption of water in accordance with the recommendations of the Concerned Department at the Ministry of Works and Agriculture”; (b) “the employees of the Ministry of Works and Agriculture entrusted by a resolution of the Minister will have the right to verify the implementation of this Resolution”.
