Abstract

The aim of this Resolution is to define sanitary and technical requirements for the transportation of poultry slaughterhouse lefts and remaining in order to protect the public health and environment. It is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 subjects the transportation of poultry slaughterhouse lefts and remaining to the Regulator Decree No. 2680 of 1977 and adds other sanitary and technical requirements for it, in particular: means of transportation shall be cooled and hermitically sealed; cleaning and disinfection of transportation means and cages after the transportation; putting lefts and remaining in bags made of polyethylene and then in plastic cages; and, poultry lefts and remaining shall be compatible with resolutions regulating the production of poultry and fish feed. Article 3 owners of the aforementioned activity 1 year to regulate their positions.
