Abstract

This Resolution approves the rules for uncompensated transfer into ownership of non-privatized residential and non-residential (isolated and non-isolated) areas by executive branches of local municipalities to the legal users of the same areas. It consists of eight articles: General provisions (1); Definitions (2); Agency authorized to transfer into ownership (3); Request to transfer into ownership (4); Making a decision (5); Procedure of transfer into ownership of non-privatized residential and non-residential (isolated and non-isolated) areas on the territories of Samtredia and City of Poti (5-1); A new request to transfer into ownership (6); and Certificate of an ownership right (7).
