This Resolution enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution amends Resolution No. 58/2020 on the measures aimed at the social protection of families and the protection of the income of those who operate in the informal sector of the economy and who are affected by restrictive measures to combat the COVID-19. In particular, amendments establish that: all families in group I and families in group II with children up to 15 years of age, enrolled in the CSU, are eligible and have access to the RSI/E. In addition, it establishes the increase of the period of attribution of Social Income for Emergency Inclusion (RSI/E) to six monthly to allow an economic recovery of the families.
