Abstract

The Resolution provides rules for destroying food/feed. It consists of six articles: Scope of regulation (1); Definition of terms (2); Destroying food/feed (3); Utilization of food/feed (4); Obligations of producers/distributors of food/feed (5); and Dispute resolution (6). The Resolution also includes an act that needs to be filled out when the food/feed is destroyed. The National Food Agency of Georgia destroys food/feed when they do not meet the requirements of the law.
