Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. The zones cultivated with cotton situated in the province of Reef Damascus shall be subjected to the obligatory fighting against diseases and insects (art. 1). The Officer of the Fighting and Inquiry Units may carry out the fighting operations at the expense of farmers who don't execute those operations (art. 2). The above-mentioned Officer shall prepare the list of farmers and the cost of those operations (art. 3). The Cooperative Agricultural Bank will finance the above-mentioned operations (art. 4).
