Abstract

This Resolution amends articles 1, 3, 4, 7, 8, 10, 12, 17, 18, 19, 25, 26, 28, 29, 31, 34, 36, 37, 38, 39, 41, 42, 47, 54, 58, 59 and 60 of the Implementing Regulation of Environment Law No. 4 of 1994. The amendments deal with the following matters: drainage, compensations, nomination of representatives of different ministries, environmental impact assessment, obligations of licence-holders, obligations of installation-owners, competencies of the Environment Apparatus, hospital’s hazardous waste
