It shall be prohibited to throw, treat and burn waste or agricultural residues unless done in appropriate places according to the requirements, rules and necessary cautions established by the Environmental Affairs Authority in cooperation with all competent Authorities in all provinces (art. 1). Local Administration Units shall carry out the gathering, burning, etc. of waste and agricultural residues with the use of specialist companies and contractors in designated places according to the Environment Act (art. 2). The Minster of State for Local Development and the Minister of State for Environmental Affairs shall inform the Cabinet with periodic reports about the implementation of this Resolution (art. 4).
