This Resolution enters into force on 3 July 1999.
Abstract

This Regulation shall be valid for all licensed vessels operating in the Yemeni Territorial Waters according to the agreement signed with the Ministry of Fish Wealth (art. 1). Every vessel fishing within 6 miles from the low tide in the Red Sea and 5 miles in the Gulf of Eden shall pay U$ 10,000 daily (art. 2).
