This Resolution enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Resolution, consisting of 4 articles and 1 Annex, approves the Fisheries Policy Chart (CPP). This Policy, in the Annex, aims at establishing the integrated and sustainable development of fisheries, which is a strategic sector for the development of Cabo Verde for 2013-2020. The objectives of this Policy are: to create conditions for income generating activities in the fisheries sector; to promote capacity building for stakeholders linked to fisheries sector; to re-assess continuously artisanal fishing support; to prioritise the organization of fisheries associations and cooperatives, etc.
