This Resolution enters into force on 18 January 1982.
Abstract

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate fishing in Bahrain. The present Resolution is composed of 8 articles and 1 Annex. Article 1 provides for the establishment of the Register for Fishing Vessel Licences. Articles 2 and 3 deal with the application for obtaining fishing vessel licences. Article 5 defines the fishing vessel licence fees. Article 6 gives vessel owners 2 months to settle their position. Article 7 contains offences and penalties. Annex I contains the Fishing Vessel Licence Form.
