Abstract This Resolution is composed of 7 articles and 2 Graphics. Article 1 deals with the phases of production rubber contained in Graphic I (mixing; grinding; proceeding; polishing; checking the solidity; final touches). Article 2 refers to pollutants produced by production operations of rubber contained in Graphic II (liquid ; solid refuses; air pollutants; noise pollution). Article 3 defines the following general environmental requirements for rubber industries: water management; liquid industrial waste management; solid waste management; air pollution management; and, noise pollution management. Article 4 entrusts the Ministry of Environment to define the final environmental requirements for rubber industries.
