Abstract This Resolution consists of 6 articles. Articles 1 and 2 provide for the establishment and composition of the Committee as well as define its competencies which are to: (a) issue licences for the creation of S-Rays equipment and use of ionizing radiations in therapy, treatment and diagnosis; (b) issue of licences for qualified specialists in radiations; (c) issue licences for technician-assistants in S-Rays; and (d) issue licences for the use of ionizing radiations.
