Abstract

This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Article 1 prohibits the use of all rests, residues and remnants of slaughtered animals and poultry such as intestines, interiors, ruined and damaged meat, raw meat, and dead and perished birds and animals which are not thermo-treated according to technical requirements and conditions necessary for fish feed. The confiscation of the aforementioned meat and animals shall be carried out immediately during the inspection and without sample analysis (art. 2). Transgressors shall be punished as provided for in article 3.
